Apple Turnovers

Method
- Allow the pastry to defrost while preparing the apple spread
- Roll the pastry out on a floured surface and cut it into 10 even squares
- Divide the apple filling equally between the pastries before folding the pastry squares point to point
- Use a fork to press the edges together (brush with soya milk to seal if you like but I quite like it when they 'burst' open!)
- Roll each turnover in the granulated sugar and place on a greased baking tray
- Allow to cool (or serve warm with Apple Crumble Icefu!)
