Chocolate Pots


Ingredients

  • 400ml Almond milk
  • 60g Soya Marge
  • 4 tbsp Cornflour
  • 30g Sugar
  • 150g Dark Chocolate
  • Fruit/nuts to decorate

Method

  1. Mix a little of the almond milk with the cornflour to make a paste
  2. Add all the ingredients into a non-stick saucepan and heat gently, stirring continuously until melted
  3. When the mixture begins to thicken, remove from the heat and transfer into dishes
  4. Allow to cool at room temperature, then chill for an hour
  5. Decorate with chocolate curls, fruit and nuts as preferred

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Serves: 4
