Method
- Mix a little of the almond milk with the cornflour to make a paste
- Add all the ingredients into a non-stick saucepan and heat gently, stirring continuously until melted
- When the mixture begins to thicken, remove from the heat and transfer into dishes
- Allow to cool at room temperature, then chill for an hour
- Decorate with chocolate curls, fruit and nuts as preferred
