Method
- Slice the rolls and spread 1 tbsp of tomato puree on to each piece; season to taste with the Tabasco, pepper and herbs
- Slice the mushroom, pepper, olives and not-cheese; arrange on the tomato bed
- Place under a pre heated hot grill for between 5 and 10 minutes (check frequently to prevent burning)
- Serve with a fresh crisp salad and no cutlery!

Tips and Comments
- I have used home made Not-Cheese but a shop bought version (see Not-Dairy) would be just as good; or you could omit it entirely!
