Method
- Chop the vegetables and mock duck (reserving the juice in the can)
- Combine all the ingredients in a large, heavy frying pan or wok
- Cook gently over a medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently
- Serve with flat wheat noodles or rice as preferred
