Method
- Stir the sugar into the flour and then cut the soya marge into the mixture with a butter knife
- Rub the fat into the flour with your finger tips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs
- Chop the fruits and stir in the mixed spice before placing in an oven proof dish.
- Add the juice from the peaches as well as the orange juice. It can be quite liquid but avoid it becoming too runny
- Sprinkle the prepared crumble mix over the fruits and place in a pre heated hot oven for 20 - 30 minutes
- Serve with dairy free ice cream, yoghurt, custard, cream or just enjoy it on it's own! Also nice cold in summer

Tips and Comments
- You can of course use any fruits, including the classics such as apple or rhubarb. Serve with custard in the colder months!
