Method
- Mix the flour and baking powder thoroughly
- Rub in the soya marge until the texture resembles fine crumbs
- Stir in the sugar and lavender flowers
- Add the milk and stir well, forming a firm dough
- Place the dough on a floured surface and roll out to approximately 2 cm in thickness before cutting the scones
- Bake on a greased baking tray in a hot oven
- Best served still warm with Quick Strawberry Jam and soya yoghurt
