Strawberry & Chocolate UpsideCrumble

Method
- Melt the soya marge and maple syrup in a saucepan and add the rolled oats, mixing well before allowing to cool
- Spoon the oaty crumble into the base of your chosen serving dishes
- Slice 8 of the strawberries and place them in layers on top of the oats (2 per portion)
- Cook the chocolate topping as per the instructions on the Chocolate Pots recipe page and pour over the strawberries
- Half the remaining strawberries and push them into the chocolate while still soft
- Allow to cool at room temperature before chilling
- Make chocolate curls by dragging a peeler along the edge of a piece of dark chocolate and sprinkle over before serving

- Can be made in advance.
- Try different fruits (raspberries work well) or adding nuts to the oaty crumble.
