Method
- Chop the spring onions and the tofu and heat the oil in a pan
- Add the tofu and gently stir the tofu into the hot oil without breaking the chunks (add the peas and corn if using)
- Cook for 4-5 minutes before adding the chilli, spring onion and soy sauce
- Stir in gently until the spring onion is soft and serve
