Jam Tarts
Ingredients

Method
- Pre heat the oven to 170 degrees
- Mix 60g of sugar into the flour and rub in the soya marge until the mixture resembles fine bread crumbs
- Add a little water to the flour mix and blend to make a soft but firm dough. Roll this out, cut to size and and line a greased tart pan
- Bake the pastry cases for 10 minutes and then allow to cool
- Remove from the oven and add the filling
- Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes
- Allow to cool completely at room temperature and then refrigerate
Cooking Temperature: 170 degrees

Cooking Time: 15 minutes (plus jam prep)

- You can of course use shop-bought jam for a quicker version, but it won't feel quite so satisfying!
